Cooking chambers, baking chambers (type VKM 200xx, PKM 200xx)

enable to carry out automatic heat treatment by cooking, if a client requires also by roasting.

  • They are designed in the same way as the smoking chambers with separate fans.
  • The whole process is controlled by a microprocessor control unit.
  • The steam is generated by water mist injection in electric, gas and oil heated cooking chambers.  
  • The steam is admitted directly to the chambers in steam heated cooking chambers.
  • Their construction can be modified for horizontal flow of circulating air.
  • They can be equipped with circulating air change flaps which change fluently the amount of agitated air from one side to another in the rate of 70:30
  • The chambers for the temperature above 160 °C are fitted with the reinforced panels and additional heating.
