De-frosting chambers (typy RKM xxx)

serve for de-frosting of frozen meat blocks, fish and poultry before their further processing. They are designed in a similar way as the air-conditioned chambers.

Microprocessor control ensures optimal course of chamber temperature in dependence on the core temperature, speed and direction of agitated air with usage of high volume of humidity in the chamber.
